SOSA delivers products to most of the countries worldwide . Shipping rates are outlined on our Checkout page, and will be quoted with any order.
We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected transport service and destination. We are offering Express Mailing Servise and DHL service. Estimated Arrival Time is shown for every order on check out page.
We offer express delivery to most locations with tracking available. Express shipping is generally 2–4 working days for the Europe, and anywhere from 2–8 working days for other countries.
In a few locations around the world we don’t offer an express option. This is because the current express services in those regions aren’t reliable enough, or there are currently no options available in that region.

Most of shipped orders can be tracked online. You can find your tracking number by checking the shipping confirmation email we sent you. The email will contain a tracking link if there’s one available.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe, inform our support team and we’ll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

If you need to change or cancel your confirmed order, and it’s still within 24 hours of placing your order, contact our support team right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our warehouse.
If your product is faulty, damaged or we sent you an incorrect order by our mistake, send it back to us within 15 days of delivery and we will refund full amount of order including shipping.
If you want to return your delivered products for any reason, we will still refund your purchase if returned within 10 days, but the return shipping can not be covered.
If you want, for any reasons, to swap a ordered item for something else, submit exchange requests to support@sosakids.net, within 10 days of purchase. We will send you new item as soon as we receive returned order. Shipment costs for returning and for new item shipment will be paid by buyer.
For refund and/or exchange process execution, all items have to be returned in original condition unused, undamaged, with tags and in the original SOSA packaging
Refund will be made using the same method you used to make payment. Either return or exchange will only be arranged when we confirm the products delivered back successfully and it is in original conditions.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours from the time of the payment made will be refunded in full amount.

We can not accept order cancellation request once the order has been shipped.

Payment can be made with Mastercard and Visa cards.
Depending on where you're browsing from, we try to select the best currency for you to pay in. All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. Most countries have tax included in the price, if not, the tax will be shown on the checkout page before purchase.
