Shipping

We deliver products to all cities in Montenegro. All orders received by 1pm are processed and shipped the same day.

Delivery to Podgorica, Danilovgrad, Nikšić, Cetinje, all coastal cities, Mojkovac, Kolašin, Bijelo Polje is in 1 working day. For other cities in the north of Montenegro, delivery takes 2-3 working days.

The price of delivery is 3e, and for all orders over 40 euros it is free.

Order Tracking

Along with the notification that the order has been shipped, we will also send you a tracking number. With it, you can know the status of your shipment at any time by checking it on the halodostava.me website

If the order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, notify us at 068 214 555 or email podrska@sovakids.com. We will check where the problem arose and try to solve it as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

If you want to change or cancel a confirmed order, you can call us at 068 214 555, and if the product has not yet left our warehouse, we will change the order.

If the product has arrived faulty, damaged or we sent you the wrong one by mistake, please contact our support team, send it back within 5 days of delivery and we will, as soon as we receive it, give you a full refund or exchange the product with reimbursement of shipping costs when picking up the product.

If you want to return or exchange the delivered product for any other reason (other than our error), you can bring it to our store within 5 days and we will refund you the money or replace the product.

In order for us to process a return and/or exchange order, all products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, with all accompanying tags and in their original packaging.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.

Order cancellation

Orders cancelled within 12 hours from the time of the payment made will be refunded in full amount.

We can not accept order cancellation request once the order has been shipped.

Payment options and currency

Payment can be made in cash - cash on delivery or with Mastercard and Visa cards.

All prices are expressed in euros.
